Locals reported large ice chunks reaching sizes of seven centimeters in some areas. The Bureau of Meteorology announced that multiple regions across the state had been affected by large hailstones.

Rescue organizations received 598 requests for assistance across the state, primarily for property damage but also for collapsed vegetation and flooding.

During the peak on Sunday, in excess of 28k electricity consumers in the state were without power.
Weather Forecast
Moist weather were forecast to persist along significant areas of the state's eastern regions this week as a atmospheric system continued to draw in moisture against the shoreline.
